What's the difference between drip and espresso machines?
Drip coffee makers brew full pots of regular coffee — ideal for everyday drinking and households that go through several cups. Espresso machines produce concentrated shots that are the base for lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos. Not sure which suits you? Email us and we'll help you decide.
Is a machine with a built-in grinder worth it?
Absolutely. Ground coffee goes stale within days, while whole beans stay fresh for weeks. Grinding fresh right before brewing is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your coffee. Bean-to-cup machines make it effortless.
How do I maintain my coffee machine?
The most important step is regular descaling — typically every 2–3 months depending on your water hardness. Most machines will remind you when it's time. We include a full care guide with every order, and our team is always happy to walk you through it.
